PILGRIMAGE VIRGIN OF ROSARIO
From 06 OCTOBER, 2012 to 12 OCTOBER, 2012
It is a pilgrimage in honour of the Patron of Fuengirola
Between 6th and 12th October takes place this pilgrimage, with a big programme of activities where the protagonists are the “Virgen del Rosario” and the horse.
On 6th October, after the Fair Opening Speech, takes place the inauguration of the artistic lighting of El Real by local authorities. The Trade Fair Centre, where this celebration takes place, has 32 fixed rocks with an excellent infrastructure and it is in good conditions of work with the doors always opened to visitors.
On 7th October, the day of our lady “Virgen del Rosario Coronada”, takes place the Flamenco mess at the “Plaza de la Constitución” with the presence of plenty of parishioners and horsemen. When the mess finishes, both parishioners and horsemen make a procession towards the Trade Fair Centre.
